FAQ
Which photo should I choose?
Choose a sharp, well-lit image where the face is fully visible and looking toward the camera. Try to include both ears and avoid heavy filters, blur or bright highlights that hide fine detail. You can upload up to three references.
Can you draw something other than a dog or cat?
Yes. We can work from photos of other pets, people, vehicles, objects and logos. Count each pet, person or object you want drawn as one subject.
When should I expect my order?
Your design proof will be ready within 48 hours of purchase. Once approved, your order will ship within another 48 hours.
Can I ask for changes to the proof?
Of course. Free revisions are included before production. Tell us what you would like adjusted—such as color, expression or a small detail—and we will revise the portrait for your approval.
Can I change the reference photo after drawing has begun?
Yes, although a new photo requires a new drawing. Photo changes after artwork has been created start at $10. Contact us and we will confirm the cost before continuing.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, an artist may already have started or completed the portrait. If artwork has been created, we will refund the rest of the order and retain the completed artwork fee—typically $20 of the $25–$35 artwork charge.
