Design proof and handling time

Your design proof will be ready within 48 hours of purchase. Once you approve the proof, your order will ship within another 48 hours. If you request changes, the shipping deadline starts after you approve the revised proof.

Shipping method and carrier

Orders are shipped by SF Express (顺丰快递) using a tracked delivery service. Your shipment confirmation email will include the SF Express tracking number and tracking link when the order is dispatched.

Shipping cost and availability

Free shipping is offered only to destinations currently supported at checkout. No separate shipping fee is charged when checkout displays free shipping. The destinations available may change. If checkout does not accept your shipping address, we cannot ship to that destination at this time.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This transit estimate does not include the design-proof or handling time above and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Possible delays

Public health emergencies, carrier disruption, customs processing, severe weather, peak-season volume, and other events outside our control may extend delivery time. We will provide available tracking information and help you contact the carrier when needed.

Tracking

After shipment, we send your SF Express tracking number and tracking link by email. The tracking link may take time to activate.
